A Meditation Among The Flowers

As we walk through the fields, we will have a guided and intentional flower picking that will bring us to our next segment of this guided meditation and workshop. From here, we will set up our sacred space and invite in our guides and compassionate spirits of the plant, animal, and mineral realm. Including the compassionate spirits of the land. Next, we will open our hearts and experience a direct connection to Mother Earth, The Sky and Yourself.

Once connected and grounded, we will journey to the plant realm with your chosen flowers. Our intention will be to open a dialogue with the spirit of the flowers. To sit quietly and listen to what they may have to say and feel their subtle energies and impressions.

There will be a few meditations, each lasting 10-15 minutes, followed by group discussions and reflections afterwards.

I will also include a bonus meditation and technique with crystals and stones. Again, you will experience and perceive the different energies and impressions the crystals have and how they differ from flowers.

I will provide the crystals and stones for you to use and take home with you. The flowers you have chosen, along with a few extra will be yours to take home with you as well.

Please note that you will be walking on uneven ground and that this is a working farm with other farm tenants close by. Please dress accordingly and bring plenty of water to drink. We will be sitting out in the field. I will have some blankets available for you to sit on. You may bring your own as well, or whatever you may need to be comfortable. If you would prefer chairs, I can provide them as well. We do have a portable toilet on the premises, but currently we do not have a wheelchair accessible bathroom.

I will need 2 weeks' notice on booking a date. This will help ensure good weather and a nice bloom time for you to enjoy the flowers. I have limited the months of choice to Late July through September 2025 for the same reasons.

This group experience is open to 4-6 people. Please be aware that a young person should be able to sit quietly for 10-15 minutes at a time. The meditation workshop is about 2-2 1/2 hours long.

My heartfelt intention is for you to learn to and deepen your connection with the natural world. And that you leave with the techniques to start your own unique journey with the world around you.
